◎ Storage Method
Store frozen at -18°C or below. After opening, seal tightly and use as soon as possible to avoid spoilage.

◎ How to Use
① Deep-Frying
No need to defrost the product.

1. Heat oil to 170°C (ensure the oil depth is at least twice the height of the product).
2. Once the temperature is reached, carefully place the product into the oil.
3. Fry for approximately 4–5 minutes.
4. Gently stir and flip during frying until the product puffs up.
5. Once fully puffed and floating, remove and drain.
＊Adjust frying time based on your preferred crispiness.

② Boiling
No need to thaw the product.
1. Bring 6 parts water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the product and stir gently.
3. Once it floats, reduce to medium heat.
4. Continue boiling for approximately 3–5 minutes.
＊Cooking time and heat may be adjusted according to personal preference.

1. Bring 10 times the amount of water to a boil in a pot.
2. Gently stir the product into the boiling water.
3. Once the product floats, reduce to low heat.
4. Cover with a lid and simmer for about 5–8 minutes.
5. When done, remove and place in warm sugar syrup for storage and ready-to-serve use.
