Ingredients:1 can (3KG) Grass Jelly Concentrate + 9KG Water + 600g Sugar + 80g Sweet potato starch。 |
Instructions:
1.Mix the grass jelly concentrate with water
2.Heat over medium to high heat until boiling. 3.Add the sugar during the heating process and stir until fully dissolved. 4.Once it reaches a boil, reduce to low heat and slowly add the starch mixture (80g starch mixed with 500 c.c. water) to thicken. 5.Then return to medium heat and bring to a boil again. 6.During thickening, the mixture may appear very thick at first—stir continuously until it becomes smooth and pourable. 7.Transfer to a preheated insulated container to keep warm. Tip:Preheat the outer container of the warmer by adding hot water in advance. |

Ingredients:1 can (3KG) Grass Jelly Concentrate+9KG Water、120g Sweet Potato Starch + 1KG Water (mixed together)+ 800g Sugar |
Instructions:
1.Mix grass jelly concentrate with 9KG of water and bring to a boil.
2.Reduce to low heat, then slowly pour in the starch mixture while stirring continuously. 3.Add 800g of sugar and continue stirring. 4.Turn to medium heat and boil for about 2 minutes until the mixture changes from thick to smooth. 5.Pour into containers and let cool until fully set. Serving Suggestions: Once cooled and set, it can be served with milk tea (Grass Jelly Milk Tea) or mixed with winter melon syrup at a 1:6 ratio (Grass Jelly Winter Melon Drink). |
※ Grass Jelly Tea (Using 3KG Vacuum Pack) |
Ingredients:1 can (3KG) Grass Jelly Concentrate+ 400c.c. Water + 1300g Sugar 、3000c.c. Winter Melon Tea 、4KG Ice |
Instructions:
1.Boil the grass jelly concentrate with 4000 c.c. water and 1300g sugar.
2.Once boiling, turn off the heat and add 3000 c.c. winter melon tea. 3.Then add 4KG of ice and stir until evenly mixed. 4.Cool completely and refrigerate before use. Reminder: Serve with additional ice to avoid bitterness. |
