Cooking Instructions for Tapioca Pearl
1.When cooking 3 kilograms of tapioca pearls, use 8 times the amount of water.
Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then add the tapioca pearls while stirring to prevent them from sticking to the pot.
Once the tapioca pearls float to the surface, wait for the water to boil again.
2.Reduce to medium heat and start timing the cooking process, ensuring the pearls are constantly moving.
3.When the cooking time is up, turn off the heat and cover the pot to let the pearls sit and become chewy.
4.After the resting period, rinse the pearls with drinking water to cool and clean them.
5.Drain the water and add enough fructose syrup or cane syrup to cover the surface of the pearls, or add 600 to 1000 grams of brown sugar.
Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, and the tapioca pearls are ready.
