Recommended Brewing Methods for Black and Green Tea
Fresh Brewed Black Tea
(for shaking drinks)
Fresh Brewed Green Tea
(for shaking drinks)
1.Boil 6000 c.c. (6 kg) of water.
  • 2.Turn off the heat and let the temperature drop to 90–100°C.
    3.Add 150g of black tea leaves, steep for 8–10 minutes without covering.
    4.Strain the tea and pour into a thermal container.
  • 1.Boil 6000 c.c. (6 kg) of water.
    2.Turn off the heat and let the temperature drop to 75–80°C.
    3.Add 150g of green tea leaves, steep for 7–8 minutes without covering.
    4.Strain and pour into a thermal container.
    (For oolong tea,steep for around 10 minutes.)
Sweetened Teas (for refrigeration)  Sweetened Green Tea (Cold)
  • 1.Boil 3500 c.c. (3.5 kg) of water.
    2.Turn off heat and let temperature
    drop to 90–100°C.
    3.Add 150g of black tea leaves,
    steep 8–10 minutes with lid on.
    4.Strain and mix in 1000 c.c. of liquid cane sugar, then add 2.5 kg of ice
    and stir well.
    5.Refrigerate.
  • 1.Boil 3500 c.c. (3.5 kg) of water.
    2.Turn off heat and let temperature
    drop to 70–80°C.
    3.Add 150g of green tea leaves,
    steep 7–8 minutes without lid.
    4.Strain and mix in 1000 c.c. of liquid cane sugar, then add 2.5 kg of ice
    and stir well.
    5.Refrigerate.
Sweetened Milk Tea (Cold)
  • 1.Boil 6000 c.c. (6 kg) of water.
    2.Turn off heat and let temperature drop to 90–100°C.
    3.Add 150g of tea leaves, steep 8–10 minutes with lid on.
    4.Strain, then add 1.5 kg of creamer and 1000 c.c. of fructose syrup.
    5.Add 3 kg of ice, stir well, and refrigerate.
P.S. These are suggested brewing methods. You may adjust the concentration based on personal taste preferences.
